Our cutting boards and tools get their natural look and texture from our exclusive material called Richlite, a paper composite which is non-porous, dishwasher safe, durable, and easy on knives. It has been used in commercial kitchens and restaurants for over 75 years and meets the highest standards of cooks and chefs worldwide.

The Epicurean all-in-one boards feature the best features of our most popular boards and combine them into one board: non-slip feet, a generous juice groove, thin profile, and lightweight. This board measures 10" x 7" x 1/4" thick and features black silicone dots for stability and a slate color.

The modified natural material is lightweight, durable, non-porous, knife-friendly, and easy to maintain, with temperature resistance up to 350°F/175°C. The features include non-slip feet in the corners and a generous juice groove to catch juices. Made in the USA with quality paper-composite material, Richlite, the trees are harvested under the guidelines of the North America Sustainable Forestry Standards.
